Administrative Assistant

**Job Duties include**:
- **Managing Work Orders requests**:
- **Generate and send WSIB Certificates - quarterly renewals**:
- **Provide assistance with insurance documentation requests**:
- **Manage tablet for on call personnel**:
- **Accounts Payable - tracking office expenses, submitting bills for payment to head office**:
- **Quotes - generating and sending as per requests**:
- **Office Supplies - track and order items as per requests**:
- **Manage phone lines**:
- **Create files for insurance claims and provide information that is requested**:
- **Manage incoming and outgoing mail (Canada post and Purolator packages)**:
- **Provide support to other departments on printing and scanning requests**:
- **Provide Administrative support with Company Fleet (gas usage, vehicle repairs, 407ETR usage)**:
- **Provide administrative support with company cell phones (tracking usage)**:
- **Provide administrative support to operations team**:
- **Provide **perform other administrative tasks as requested**
**Experience**:
- **Prior administrative experience (2 years experience)**:
- **Advanced skills in Microsoft Office**:
- **Attention to detail.**:
- **Superior oral and written communication skills**:
- **Strong organizational skills**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
