**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our customers. You will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to become a trusted resource for the community and help streamline their interactions with the Registry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Advocacy**: Be the face of the Registry, offering a warm welcome to each visitor and ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit.
- ** Expert Guidance**: Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers.
- ** Problem Solving**: Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- ** Technology Integration**: Embrace and utilize technology to expedite services and streamline processes, making the registry experience as smooth as possible.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures, receiving one-on-one training and reading policy to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends shifts are required

Please note that interviews for this position will start in the New Year. Expected start date would be middle of January 2025.
