**Your tasks****: - Project Management: - Working with the Director Supply Chain, coordinate with Product Management, Sales, - Engineering, Quality, R&D, external stakeholders and leadership to understand project - requirements and development of project timelines. - Support, manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are - validated to execute new product / project initiatives. - Defines, tracks and reports on scheduling, risk, change, opportunities and resource management - Procurement: - Monitor vendor quality, identify base risk, recommends new processes where needed to improve - quality or on-time delivery and maximize value all supplier interactions. - Support with Warehouse Supervisor with inventory/stock analysis and other analysis as required - Supports the Procurement Agents in the day-to-day activities. - Manage and update data in ERP system, including but not limited to, price and lead time. - Identifies & manages process improvement projects that improve customer service levels, - improve product flows, minimize supply chain costs and improve asset management. - Ensuring Supply Chain material master data in the ERP system is accurately updated before - product is released for production - Prepares Requests for Proposals and oversees proposal process for assigned materials/ services - working closely with the internal stakeholders commercial production - Develop and qualify supplier base working with the Supply Chain Director and internal - stakeholders. - Supports contractual and price negotiations, do spend analysis. - Issue and follow up on purchase orders, update delivery and pricing **Your profile****: - BAC in administration or equivalent to the position; - 3-5 years of experience procurement in a manufacturing industry - Experience in freight. - Experience in managing project is be required. - Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with internal stakeholders. - Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels including - employees, customers and suppliers. - Foster a positive team environment where open communication and continuous improvement is - valued. - Advanced in Excel and intermediate with Microsoft Suite required **Benefits**: - Clear vision and purpose- "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
