Automotive Painter

Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Painter to join us in delivering top-notch workmanship.

As an Automotive Painter at Oakville Collision Centre, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles after collision repairs. You will use advanced painting techniques and tools to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces of vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colors to match the original color of the vehicle.
- Inspect painted surfaces for any defects and correct as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Expected to own there tools/paint guns.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Painter.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing and matching.
- Experience using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certification in auto painting or bodywork (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
