- Provide project management and administrative support for all present and future OneChurch.to Outreach Strategies including:

- _Love Army_ [pathways for our community to be unignorably good]_
- _Global Focus_ [pathways for our community to support and champion what God is doing around the world]_
- _Open Doors_ [opportunities to welcome our community into our building, including our weekly Food Bank]_
- _Serve Network_ [opportunities for our community to partner with what God is doing at OneChurch.to]_
- To operate with an equipping-first mentality by recruiting, training, scheduling, mentoring and deploying well connected Outreach Serving Teams that are champions of OneChurch.to’s mission [Know, Love, Impact]
- Support and participate in all Outreach and ChurchLife Team Initiatives
- including Child Blessings, Staff Community Events, OneChurch.to Christmas Party, Annual Members Meeting, GLS, etc

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday]
