**Nutrition & Client Care Coordinator**

At **Personalized Health Center 360 (PHC 360)**, we take a personalized approach to health, aiming to restore and optimize the lives of our clients. Our boutique wellness facility offers access to a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and state-of-the-art amenities, including red light therapy, cold tub therapy, infrared saunas, and more. We are looking for a **Client Care Coordinator**to join our growing team and help us deliver an exceptional wellness experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with supplement purchases and answer related questions.
- Support clients with bookings, inquiries, and personalized nutrition programs.
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting members, managing check-ins, and coordinating schedules.
- Maintain the standards of the gym and recovery facility by assisting with daily operations, inventory, and facility supplies.
- Conduct research to support nutrition and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge in areas like weight management, digestive health, chronic disease prevention, sports nutrition, or women's health.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**.
- Familiarity with supplements and holistic health practices is preffered.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their goals.

**Wage**: Based on experience level

**Schedule**: Part Time 8-20 hours per week
