As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for **feeding** our gluing machines with a flat carton, that will go through the process to be folded and glued for then being carefully **packed **by you to be sent to the next step in the process. The main objective of this position is to ensure that the quality meets customers’ requirements in each of our orders.

**More about your responsibilities**:

- **Preparation**: Label, make up, and set up corrugate at the gluer; set up the pack station; and make up trays as required.
- **Quality Inspection**: Scan the top of the load for imperfections and check for “watch-for” tags.
- **Packing**: Inspect for quality during feeding and packing.
- **Machine Cleaning**: Purge the machine at the finish of the production run and ensure cleanliness by sweeping and cleaning the area around the machine as required.
- **Stock Management**: Stage stock at the feeder when required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Quality and Health & Safety Management System requirements, policies and procedures.
- **Additional Duties**: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum high school diploma.
- Availability to rotate shifts every 2 weeks (7:00 am - 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm / 11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
- 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility preferably in the printing/packaging industry.
