Our Assistant Salon Managers support our Salon managers to build an environment of fun, energetic, and motivated team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a full range of hair care services offered by the salon
- Help build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services
- Support the salon manager by helping to develop their team including recruiting, training, and motivating
- Assist the salon manager in overall service and retail operations of the salon
- Monitor stock of beauty products and order supplies as needed
- Perform some administrative tasks i.e. closing out the system at the end of the day.
- Support the salon manager with hiring, recruitment, and training. Professionally and respectfully handle conflicts and client complaints
- Bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and always keeping the salon’s bottom line in mind.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Journeyman Hairstylist or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in the industry
- Proven ability to drive service and retail sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strength in delivering an exceptional guest experience
