Custom Photo Lab (Sooters) based in Ottawa. We specialize in 35mm film development, photo reproduction, studio and ID photography, digital transfers, and full scale custom printing on various materials including matte, glossy, fine art, canvas, aluminum, etc.

**Job description**

Seeking a tech-savvy bilingual customer service rep to help with store front interactions with clientele. The work environment is unique everyday as we deal with various photographic and digital imaging and print projects. We offer problem-solving solutions to customer's technical requests involving their devices and photos or videos.

Bilingualism is mandatory for this position as we operate in the bustling area of the financial district in Ottawa where we've been delivering excellent customer service that we've been delivering for 25+ years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-28
