**Finance Administrator - Automotive**

**Salary Range $40,000 - $50,000 per year**

**Responsibilities**:

- Submit deals to lenders for approval. Follow up with lenders for funding updates
- Claiming incentives and reporting units sold to Ford of Canada
- Ensure customer loans are paid out quickly
- Register purchased warranties, life insurance, etc.
- Arrange ownership transfer of used vehicles being taken in on trade
- Ensure all receivables are current
- Work closely with our head office to ensure all deals submitted for month end
- Audit deals for accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s Licence
- Previous experience in automotive or banking considered an asset
- Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional customer service
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
- Knowledge of all Microsoft programs is also an asset
