A marketing specialist we are looking for needs to have a great passion for video games and related, dedicated to mobile games global marketing and monetization. As a member of IGG-Canada marketing team, this position will focus on user acquisition campaign planning, execution, optimization and problem solving.

Report to: Senior Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- To execute both Facebook Ads and Google Ads app-install campaigns, as well as consistently optimize targeting and bidding strategies by campaign data analyzing.
- To guide UA Video team by researching core competitor’s references and advertising policies from media channels.
- To conduct daily report of campaign performance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics or other related fields.
- 1-3 years performance-based digital marketing campaign experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience of either Facebook App Install or Google Ads UAC campaign management.
- basic understanding of attribution window, data discrepancy, and in-app event postbacks.
- Experience with MMP such as Appsflyer, Kochava, Adjust, etc.,
- basic knowledge of how TA strategies, budgeting, campaign pacing could influence the DAU/ARPU/LTV in a game operation perspective.
- Background in programming will be a huge bonus asset.
- Equipping strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good problem identifying, solving and optimization abilities.
