We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kenneth Morgan Pools and Landscaping. As a key member of our pool maintenance division, you will be responsible for providing weekly maintenance, opening and closing services, and servicing pool equipment to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform weekly pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
- Conduct pool openings and closings at the beginning and end of the swimming season.
- Service and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and other related components.
- Conduct water quality testing and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal water conditions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete paperwork and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of pool facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance and service.
- Strong knowledge of pool equipment and systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Ability to perform water quality testing and make chemical adjustments as needed.
- Knowledge of Pentair and Hayward products is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations related to pool maintenance.
- Valid G class driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4L 8W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pool Service: 1 year (preferred)
