Content Creator Internship

Full Blast Creative is a full-service marketing agency based in Calgary driven by strategy, storytelling, and visual impact. We work with brands across Western Canada to produce bold creative campaigns and meaningful connections with communities.

**What You’ll Do**

Capture dynamic photo and video content at events, businesses, and within the community of Lethbridge.

Work closely with our production team to fulfill shot lists and visual storytelling goals.

Approach and engage with community members and business owners to conduct casual, friendly on-camera interviews or candid shots.

Cover local events, street activations, and social content that supports client and agency campaigns.

Upload, organize, and back up your media in accordance with our file management protocols.

Communicate with our Calgary-based HQ for scheduling, project updates, and feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**

Someone outgoing and personable, you’re comfortable approaching the public and chatting with local entrepreneurs.

Strong photo and video skills, with a clear visual aesthetic.

Experience with or enthusiasm for event coverage, street-style content, or documentary-style filming.

Access to a reliable vehicle (required) - travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Must be able to work independently, with a flexible schedule depending on events and client needs.

Ability to deliver content on tight timelines with attention to detail and composition.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**

Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar.

Drone experience or certification.

Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.).
