- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the suitable Vape.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies for upselling products.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
