**About the role**

The **LMS Administrator **is responsible for maintaining learning content and assets for Fable’s Upskill product. You are responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring the seamless delivery of training content to our end users. Your primary focus will be uploading and updating training materials and keeping various asset management systems organized. You are also responsible for supporting the in-house Product team that manages the LMS.

You are organized, detail oriented, and accountable. You are open to supporting the business in many ways, leveraging all skills available.

**Purpose**

Be the gatekeeper of Fable’s training content, upholding a methodological, organized approach to the management of training content across asset libraries and the LMS environment. Enable a smooth and engaging learning experience that supports our clients' success.

**Requirements**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Upload and format learning content and assets in the LMS
- Create and manage course templates in LMS environments
- Maintain image, video, and captioning asset libraries
- Manage the transcript and caption workflow (processing orders, proofreading, and uploading)
- Edit and optimize images for LMS upload
- Manage internal LMS access and SCORM dispatches to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and tracking of Upskill content
- Generate reports as needed for learner and course analytics
- Act as quality assurance monitor for Fable’s LMS, reporting bugs and unexpected errors
- Support the Product team in QA work, technical support and general LMS maintenance
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Support the Content Manager as needed
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, foster innovation, and drive success

**Skills and qualifications**
- Two or more years’ experience using e-learning software and Learning Management Systems professionally
- Demonstrated proficiency with Content Management Systems and/or authoring tools
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for editing and proofreading
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker

**You must be**
- Technical: Able and eager to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Exacting: Embody a meticulous approach to managing tasks
- Agile: Value structure and organization while remaining adaptable
- Discerning: Know when to solve independently, collaboratively, and when to escalate to management

**Nice to have**
- Familiar with web accessibility and WCAG
- Experience with assistive technology and/or assistive technology users
