**Requirements**

All applicants must meet the following requirements for consideration

A valid class 5 driver's license with air brake endorsement. All of our trucks have Air Brakes and manual transmissions

Must provide a clean drivers abstract and criminal record check (our warehouse is Canada Customs Bonded)

A minimum of one year experience driving commercial 5 ton straight trucks.

A minimum one year experience in logistics and transportation.

Must practice safe driving and have the ability to drive in all types of conditions (winter, rain, heavy traffic etc.) and follow DOT regulations.

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.

Ability to pull and push up to 3000 lbs by pallet jack.

Must be self motivated and have excellent knowledge of the City of Winnipeg.

Must be well organized, able to prioritize customer demands and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to our customers.

Must conduct his / her self in a professional manner.

Able to speak, read and write the English language fluently

**Preferred**

Knowledge in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations (training of TDG will be provided).

Forklift license and / or experience using a forklift.

**Duties**

Perform daily pre-trip inspections on company trucks.

Assist with loading/unloading of trailers.

Pick up and deliver general freight using pallet jacks, two wheelers and power tailgates.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
