This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn, ready to get their hands dirty, and excited about advancing in the automotive field. Your responsibilities will include: - **Hands-On Training**:Work alongside senior technicians to learn all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance, including brake systems, transmissions, engine diagnostics, electrical systems, suspension, and more. - **Vehicle Inspection**:Assist in conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues, wear and tear, and potential safety concerns. - **Diagnostics and Repairs**:Learn to use advanced diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems, ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. - **Preventative Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and fluid top-ups. - **Team Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. - **Safety and Cleanliness**:Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all company and industry safety standards. - This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
