As we continue to grow, we are seeking a part-time Operations Manager who can oversee key functions of our customer service, warehouse, and order management to help facilitate the seamless purchasing and delivery of our products.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a self-motivated, organized individual who can efficiently manage our operations. You’ll be working primarily with our e-commerce platform and ERP system, so strong technical skills are a must. In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Manage warehouse operations in South Edmonton, including stock management, inventory counts, and staff oversight
- Oversee order management through Shopify and ensure timely, accurate order processing
- Maintain and optimize our ERP system
- Assist with wholesale orders and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational costs and efficiencies

- 3+ years of experience in operations or administration
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong technology skills and ability to work within e-commerce platforms
- Experience in managing staff and warehouse logistics
- Strong customer service skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Bonus: A passion for running or fitness
**Work Environment**
This is a hybrid role with approximately 80% of your time spent working remotely, and 20% spent at the warehouse. We offer flexible hours, provided it does not impact the quality or efficiency of your work.
