**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Be able to work with concrete for foundation installations.
- Perform flooring installation and other surface finishes.
- Execute roofing tasks, ensuring proper alignment and sealing.
- Install siding and assist with exterior finishing work.
- Conduct construction painting as required for various projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a carpenter or laborer in a construction environment is an asset but willing to train the right individual.
- An understanding of construction techniques, tools, and materials is an asset.
- Experience in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, and construction painting preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Pay: $22.88-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
