**Job Overview**
- The CDSS is the regulatory body responsible for licensing and regulation of dentists in Saskatchewan, in the public interest under the Dental Disciplines Act, and is located at a newly renovated office space at the Midtown Tower in downtown Saskatoon._

The chosen individual will be a motivated self-starter, with excellent communication, telephone, computer and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Format and proof-read documents, prepare PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets, note-taking and minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Opens and organizes mail, orders, maintains office supplies, and scans/files documents as required.
- Assists in the coordination of travel and meeting logistics as required: book meeting rooms, prepare agendas and meeting kits under the direction of the Executive Director, Registrar, and/or Chair.
- Assists with event logistics, mailouts, eblasts, and other communications and event support as required.
- Update CDSS website and liaise with IT support.
- Works closely with the Administrative Licensing Coordinator and offers accounting or licensing support where required.
- Greet all visitors in a prompt and courteous manner and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Office Administration Certificate or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience in an office environment. Dental knowledge/dental office experience is considered an asset.
- **Computer and technology skills**:Must be proficient with MS office software. Knowledge of QuickBooks, or other accounting software programs is an asset.
- **Communication skills**:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; proficient in the English language.
- **Organizational skills**:Good organizational skills and ability to establish priorities.
- **Administrative skills**:Able to effectively and professionally organize work to provide coordination and administrative support.
- **Attention to detail**: Well developed skills in attention to detail.
- **Able to work independently **or as a member of a team.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintains and respects confidentiality on all professional matters related to registrants, the public, and the overall work of the College.
- **Ability to work in office**: This position is in-office only, with no hybrid option. Some travel and weekends/after hours may be required.
