**Job Overview**
Josef Gas is a family run leading supplier of industrial gases and spec gases in Vaughan. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team to test and analyze various industrial compressed gases.

**Responsibilities** Lab person duties

Day-to-Day Operation of the lab, including
- analysis of gas cylinders and gas mixes as needed
- Make and supply product certificates as needed
- Coordinating sourcing of gases we do not produce in-house
- Work with vendors to obtain gases we cannot produce
- Maintain stock levels of spec gases, food gases and critical mixtures, whether produced in-house or purchased
- Maintenance of instruments and equipment
- Investigate all complaints involving gas quality, analyze cylinders claimed to be out-of-spec
- Sales support
- Help Sales and Order Desk personnel with questions and inquiries
- QA
- Stay abreast of pertinent regulations
- Maintain QA files
- Produce certification and compliance documents for customers
- Miscellaneous
- Maintain cost database of purchased/produced gases. Update management as needed

Moisture Analyzer

Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer

PPM Range Oxygen analyzer

Percentage Range Oxygen analyzer
