**About Us**: Right Traffic is a leading company in the Traffic Control industry, experiencing rapid growth across North America. As the fastest-growing national traffic control company, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Manager and optimizing asset performance by leveraging data insights for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analyst at Right Traffic, you will report to the Asset Manager and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support asset optimization strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret asset data to generate reports and insights that drive decision-making.
- Manage and analyze data related to insurance claims, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Asset Manager and stakeholders to monitor and optimize inventory through data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for asset utilization and optimization.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with risk management practices by providing data-backed recommendations.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in database management and data extraction techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to success.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Experience in the Traffic Control Industry is considered an asset.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
