**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development as needed.
- Maintain accurate records through effective filing systems and bookkeeping practices.
- Handle payroll processing and budgeting tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and service agreements.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate schedule management, including calendar management for executives.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with medical office management standards where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with bookkeeping and payroll processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of event planning and vendor management practices.
- Previous supervisory or team management experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and front desk operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in medical office management is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
