As a Reclamation Supervisor, you will help the Reclamation Department complete field projects safely, on time and on budget. In your role, you will oversee Field Staff while embodying Tree Time Services Inc.’s core values. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from local Albertan businesses to some of the largest international companies in the world.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Executing reforestation field projects safely and efficiently.
- Directing and supporting seasonal staff members.
- Running the daily logistics of field projects.
- Accurate day-to-day reporting.
- Tree planting sites to client specifications.
- Quality control and reporting
- Living and promoting Tree Time’s safety culture.

**SKILLSET**
- Crew supervision and direction.
- Proven background in effective communication.
- Safe vehicle operation, including 4x4 trucks and OHVs.
- Proficiency training, mentoring and supervising new workers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer competency, literacy in the Google Suite.
- Experience using GIS and GPS.

- Be willing to work longer hours and remain diligent for reporting activities.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Essential_
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in Forestry or Reclamation tree planting.
- Competence in organizing and managing crews and personnel.
- Motivation to always exceed client expectations.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with off-road driving experience.
- Preferred_
- Experience managing reforestation, silviculture or general landscaping projects.
- First Aid certification.
- H2S Alive®.
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- A member in good standing or have the ability to become one with any of the following:
