Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framer to join our team. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various construction techniques and the ability to read blueprints.

**Duties**:

- Build and assemble the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Use heavy equipment to lift and position materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Install drywall, including cutting, fitting, and fastening panels
- Utilize carpentry skills to construct and repair structures
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building techniques and construction materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting project specifications
- Experience with drywall installation and concrete finishing
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
