Our multidisciplinary clinic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, and rehabilitation services in a warm, professional, and patient-centered environment. We’re looking for an organized and friendly **Chiropractic Receptionist** who will play a key role in both front desk operations and financial administration.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and the backbone of our clinic operations. This role blends customer service, organization, and financial responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:Reception & Administrative Duties**
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule appointments across multiple providers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area
- Assist with scanning, filing, inventory tracking, and general admin support
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion and accuracy

**Billing & Financial Duties**
- Process patient payments and issue receipts
- Submit and track insurance claims (direct billing to extended health providers)
- Reconcile daily transactions and payment records
- Prepare and complete end-of-week financial reports and bank deposits
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all billing and financial processes
- Communicate with insurers to resolve billing discrepancies when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred
- JaneApp Experience
- Familiarity with direct billing to insurance companies and Motor Vehicle Insurance is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Assist in running office workshops and presentations
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic accounting tools
- High attention to detail, especially with financial tasks
- Friendly, professional, and reliable team player
- Must pass police check with vulnerable sector

Monday 8:00 - 15:00
Tuesday 8:00- 14:00
Wednesday 8:00 - 13:00
Thursday OFF
Friday 8:00 - 16:00
Saturday 8:00-12:00

**Shift B**
Monday 10:00 - 18:00
Tuesday 10:00-18:00
Wednesday 12:00 - 17:00
Thursday 14:00-18:00
Friday 12:00-17:00
Saturday OFF

**Job Type**: Part-time
