**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Respond to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Manage order processing
- Assist customers with shipping and receiving questions, providing timely updates on freight status.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Strong sense of using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc..
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with freight operations, shipping, and receiving procedures is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Join us in delivering outstanding service while contributing to the success of our organization
