**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Through our accredited training program, you will be tasked with the following:

- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of both Jiffy Lube and Suds Car Wash, while supervising employees of both facilities to ensure efficient and safe flow of work.
- Work on the floor, in both the Jiffy Lube and Suds Car Wash, to help our customers maintain their vehicles.
- Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures.
- Complete our Certification program.
- Develop the ability to supervise both our Jiffy Lube and Suds Car Wash.
- Develop the ability to manage and/or assist our location.
- Develop the ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Develop the ability to manage and control inventory.

**WHAT WE NEED**
- A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well.
- A team player with customer service experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Maintenance experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to notice things and take action, with a great attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, with willingness to support and fill in when required. (Stores are open 7 days per week).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
