- Responding to resident repair requests promptly
- Providing preventative maintenance and repairs to building systems and equipment
- Maintaining apartment units and grounds
- Handling emergency situations, including after-hours, to address immediate safety concerns

**Requirements**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience
- Flexibility to work on-call (evenings and weekends) as part of a rotating schedule
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
