Production Operator

**Requirements**:

- Physical ability to load and unload products from machines
- A keen eye for detail, able to perform quality checks
- A high level of integrity and dependability
- No technical or educational experience is necessary
- A self-starter, keen to learn and grow on the job
- Confidence in communicating and working with team members at all levels of the organization
- Willing and eager to work overtime as required

**Duties and Responsibilities**

A typical shift may include:

- Loading, unloading, sorting products from machinery
- Performing quality checks
- Tracking progress, product irregularities
- Ensuring smooth “hand-offs” between team members and shifts through constant and clear communication
- Working in compliance with Johnson Electric Quality and HS&E Policies and Procedures
- Reporting to Production Supervisor
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.

**Contract Details**
- Full time, permanent position
- Afternoon, night, and continental night shifts,
- Based in Stratford, Ontario
