Ottawa, Canada eQ Homes Inc. Full time

We are seeking experienced Labourer to assist the Site Superintendents and Foremen on-site to ensure the job site is clean, units are clean inside and out, and materials are stored professionally. This role is located at the Pathways Findlay Creek office.

**About the role**:
The Skilled Labourer is responsible for:

- cleaning interior of units under construction including garages and porches - from excavation through until occupancy of the home;
- cleaning and tidying all areas around the site;
- maintaining cleaning supplies in the site office;
- maintaining and transporting temporary heaters as per winter heat training provided through eQ;
- ensuring homes are locked at the end of each workday;
- covering hardwood floors;
- maintaining maintenance logs for site vehicle and other equipment as required; and
- ensuring all eQ staff and Trade Partners abide by the Ministry of Labour regulations and eQ Health and Safety Policy.

**About You**

You have:

- the ability to work hard while maintaining attention to detail at all times.
- an understanding of structure as it relates to Health and Safety.
- a willingness and ability to perform daily physical labour.
- a clean driver’s record (driver’s abstract will be required).
