**Position Overview**

The **Client Relations Associate** acts as a key liaison between Atlas Industries and our valued customers. You’ll ensure every client receives exceptional service and consistent communication from project initiation through completion. Working closely with our fabrication, engineering, and operations teams, you’ll play a vital role in building trust, managing expectations, and helping deliver projects that exceed client standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple departments, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and incoming inquiries.
- Develop strong relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
- Coordinate project details, timelines, and updates between clients and internal departments.
- Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and documentation related to client projects.
- Ensure client feedback is collected and addressed to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities or project extensions.
- Maintain accurate client records and correspondence in CRM or ERP systems.
- Support the management team with reporting, project summaries, and client communications.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in **customer service**, **client relations**, or **project coordination** (preferably within manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM software is an asset.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
