Are you a positive, fun-loving, and tech-savvy individual who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a dedicated **Front-End Cashier & Receptionist** to join our team immediately.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about supporting a space that offers spiritual services, workshops, and a wide range of metaphysical products.

Hours & Position Details:

- **Hours**: Approximately 10-20 hours per week
- **Schedule**: Mostly evenings and weekends, with potential for some daytime shifts
- **Growth**: Potential for additional hours in the future
- **Job Type**: Permanent

Qualifications:

- Administration and/or office experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Open to learning new concepts and tasks.
- Comfortable with social media platforms.
- Retail sales and cash-handling experience.
- Able to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting boxes, standing for extended periods).
- Knowledge of video and website design is an asset.
- Experience answering phones and booking appointments is an asset.
- Knowledge of metaphysical and spiritual topics is an asset (but not required).

We are seeking someone familiar with — and genuinely interested in — the services and products we offer, such as **energy healing and medium readings**. However, please note this position is **not** for those wishing to personally provide these services, as that would be a conflict of interest. Instead, we’re looking for someone excited to **support and promote** these offerings while maintaining professional boundaries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote our services, workshops, and events.
- Create and post engaging content on social media.
- Greet and assist customers in our Metaphysical Shoppe.
- Handle all aspects of cash procedures (cash in/out, sales, and receipts).
- Assist with product sales, inventory, stocking, labeling, and online store updates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across physical and online platforms.
- Participate in cleaning duties and seasonal decorating.
- Assist with workshop preparations, setup, and cleanup.
