**Major Responsibilities - Operations Supervisor**

1. Assist in day-to-day operations and planning for all Tippet Richardson and Lewis Movers' operating Divisions
2. Assist in the oversight of all operational crews
3. Assist in the oversight of warehouse activities
4. Assist in the oversight of local planning and scheduling
5. Oversee Long Distance planning and scheduling
6. Oversee all operational purchasing and contract management
7. Responsible for hiring, training, and termination of staff reporting to the Operations Supervisor or reporting to the Operations Department
8. Responsible to set and meet predetermined quality standards
9. Ability to interact professionally with all staff, co-workers, and customers
10. Oversee Van Lines and Long Distance operations
11. Oversee Hauling assignment of all TR and NAVL equipment through Van Line or via TR
authority
12. Responsible for maximizing Long Distance equipment utilization which includes hiring qualified drivers
13. Administration - registration of weight via Van Lines and under the correct terms based on pricing technology. Completion of paperwork and working with accounting to ensure the company is paid for services in conjunction with Darshan
14. Work with other Department Heads and Senior Management to ensure continued growth for LD business and all operating companies.
15. Assist in oversight of investigation and quality control issues and complains
16. Assist in oversight of building and property maintenance
17. Assist in oversight of CVOR, license, plating, operating authority, fuel reporting, and IFTA reporting
18. Assist in oversight of equipment purchase, maintenance, and repair breakdowns

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Handle all jobs, tasks, and related assignments for management as required.
