**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Operate small equipment such as trimmers, folders and cutters with printed products (i.e., flyers, magazines and catalogues) in the most efficient manner.
- Understand/follow all operating procedures for setup and operation of equipment.
- Be proactive in identification of actions to improve efficiency from job to job.
- Responsible for setting up machines, troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
- Provide appropriate coaching/training when required to ensure crew members are competent in all aspects of the processes.
- Ensure crew members perform tasks as required to meet machine objectives.
- Provide accurate and detailed information through utilization of computer programs provided for recording of time, quantity and barriers.
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment and the safety of crew members through training and adherence of policies, procedures and instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
