As a McMillan Mechanical Ltd. technician you will work in a constantly changing environment due to us being a shop that works on everything from on-road, off-road and everything in between

What does it take to work with us?
- Great attendance
- Excellent people skills
- Your own tools — it's required that you have your own tools.
- A valid driver’s license
- Appropriate PPE, including steel toed boots.

**Skills**:

- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision and make prioritization decisions on the fly.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effective, open and frequent communication with supervisors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Troubleshoot Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Inspect, examine, lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain equipment and perform other routine maintenance work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work orders and paperwork - Making sure your paperwork is filled out properly and put in it's designated spot.
- Clean work environment - Have your area of work clean of debris and tools.
- Putting tools and equipment where they belong after being used.
- Being punctual

LOOKING FOR 3RD YEAR APPRENTICES & JOURNEYMAN TECHNICIANS

Wage is negatable depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
