**Join Our Team Office Manager / Receptionist - Full-Time**

**Location**: Summerside Chiropractic, 1540 - 91 Street, South Edmonton

**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday mornings)
**Wage**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Are you an organized, upbeat, and experienced professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Summerside Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated **Office Manager / Receptionist** to become a valued member of our dynamic team.

Dr. Morin has proudly served the South Edmonton community for over 29 years, providing exceptional chiropractic care. We are looking for someone who is not only efficient and detail-oriented but also warm, energetic, and passionate about wellness.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Handling payments and submitting insurance claims
- Assisting with recall bookings and general patient follow-ups
- Managing payroll and basic office financials
- Supporting the chiropractors with various aspects of patient care
- Multitasking in a fast-paced clinical setting

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of receptionist or administrative experience**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office/Excel**, and working knowledge of **JANE** and **Sage/QuickBooks** is an asset
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Positive attitude, excellent time management, and a strong work ethic
- An active, health-conscious lifestyle is preferred to align with the values of our wellness-focused clinic
