Project Manager Assistant

In this position you will be working closely with/in support of a team of Project Managers. You are self-motivated, ambitious, diligent and take pride in your work. You have good written and oral communication skills, are proficient in the use of computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience as a Project Manager Assistant is a definite asset. Experience in the construction, interior design or flooring industry would also be ideal.

Some of your main duties will include:

- Create new estimates and quotes for new jobs
- Follow up on each Project Manager and their jobs
- Schedule installers and create work orders
- Keep track of order status, estimates, approvals, etc.
- Schedule deliveries and pick-ups with dispatch
- Communicate with homeowners/building managers to coordinate access for deliveries
- Update job files with detailed notes
- Make sure all jobs stay on schedule and note schedule changes
- Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and homeowners regarding changes to job schedules, material order ETAs etc.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in order of urgency
- Call suppliers for stock/price checks
- Assist Project Managers with product selections and finding different products in the showroom
- Attend Product Knowledge seminars

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
