**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Handle donation, wholesale, and retail inquiries.
- Manage documentation, communication, and coordination related to importing and customs clearance.
- Track employee absences, lateness, and vacation requests through the week.
- Track employee anniversaries and probation periods.
- Maintain onboarding schedules and employee training records.
- Respond to customer service questions and complaints.
- Organize invoices and maintain digital records.
- Serve as receptionist—answering phones and managing shared inboxes.
- Troubleshoot software and manage login/security systems.
- Support employee injury and incident claims.
- Liaise with service providers.
- Process supply orders and maintain procurement systems.
- Update SOPs, task lists, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate warehouse and facility maintenance requests.
- Perform monthly subscription audits.
- Upload inventory reports.
- Update product spec sheets, SKUs, and UPC logs.
- Audit and update pricing sheets for internal and customer-facing use.
- Back up digital files across cloud systems.
- Oversee supplies orders.
- Coordinate inspections for forklifts, pallet jacks, and fire extinguishers.
- Plan and support Health & Safety Committee meetings.
- Additional duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative coordination, HR support, customer service, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, cloud systems, and digital filing tools.
- Experience handling customer and employee communications professionally.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, procurement processes, or logistics coordination is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative-driven attitude.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
