Customer Service Analyst

Ceva Animal Health Canada established itself in Canada with the acquisitions of CentaurVA Animal Health and Vetech Laboratories in October 2011. Our Canadian presence expanded during 2019 when we acquired IDT Biologika subsidiary Gallant Custom Laboratories manufacturer of autogenous vaccines.
Ceva offers an expanding range of products for companion animals, poultry, swine, and ruminants for Canadian customers.
**About the Position**
Ceva is currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst who will manage a product portfolio, specifically for export: from following order progress internally, organizing shipments up to delivery, invoicing and registering and following customer claims (order to cash).
**Responsibilities**
Strategy and Policies Definition and Implementation
Data Management and SC Monitoring
- Responsible for the compliance of the data in his/her portfolio (transport purchase orders, invoicing customers, data management, handling of customer requests, etc.).
Transport Plan (Logistics Flow)
- Organize and optimize transport orders using the Incoterms specified.
- Coordinate transportation with 3 party logistics providers and customs brokers to meet customer & local country requirements.
- Guarantee appropriate transport of the goods, depending on the required temperature, handling and storage conditions.
Sales Order Management
- Manage the portfolio of customer orders in the systems and track their internal progress. Maintain up-to-date and precise flow of information.
- Provide shipping documents and invoices according to the needs of each customer/country. Follow up complaints linked to his/her portfolio.
- Give customers rapid and precise answers, issuing a credit note if necessary.
Internal Customer Relationships
- Update customers on order status.
- Ensure customer requests are handled.
Quality, Continuous Improvement and Compliance
- Ensure shipments are compliant with current regulations: product codes, licenses, shipping documents.
- Ensure the financial risk is under control: prepayment, documentary credit, risk enquiries.
- Register new customers following the compliance procedure in place.
Project Management
- May contribute to projects related to the activity.
**About You**
- You have 1-3 years experience in a logistics exporting role
- You have a post secondary education or 10 years of additional experience in a logistics exporting role
- You have strong interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated customer centric mentality with the ability to build strong relationships
- You are highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You are comfortable reaching out to customers over the phone and have strong written communication skills
- You have strong communication skills, bilingual in French and English considered an asset
- Experience with JDE considered an asset
