- **Ability to work a flexible schedule with numerous weekly shifts **Requirements: Must have Safety training FROM SMG**
- **Community College Diploma in Social Services or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. (Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience)**:

- **Demonstrated ability to facilitate and support Person Centered Planning and Daily Activity Schedules**:

- **Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with families**:

- **Must be comfortable working in a video monitored home**:

- **Knowledge and experience in supporting individuals with Autism / Dual Diagnosis / Mental Health disorders and intellectual challenges**:

- **Able to support individuals in their daily physical activities - requiring highly active individuals to be comfortable in all activities**:

- **Demonstrated ability and willingness to drive any of the agency vehicles**:

- **Demonstrated commitment in implementing communication and behavioral support plans**
- **Demonstrated experience in Core Competencies**:

- **Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities**:

- **Experience & flexibility to work in different areas across the Association**

**Pay $25.00 ($3.00 Covid)**

**Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Behavioural Support: 2 years (required)
- Safety Management group cert: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
