**Maintenance Worker Description**

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will help with maintenance and outdoor projects and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.

**Worker Responsibilities**:

- Help maintenance and renovation team with projects.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.

**Worker Requirements**:

- Some maintenance experience is an asset.
- Skilled in the use of and access to hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.

**Requirement**

We require approximately 20-40 hours a week of work. A driver's license and a vehicle are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.92 per hour
