**About the Role**

This is a full-time remote role based in Ontario. The Regional Sales Manager position is vital to our revenue generation operations. This role leads the sales team and generates top-line revenue from new accounts.

The Regional Sales Manager communicates with the sales team about their objective, performance, targets, quotas, guidelines, and policies. This role is the primary contact for partners in the assigned territory to amplify partner activities and increase regional sales.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for measuring and monitoring sales performance by providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to the Sales Team. This role will also be responsible for sales activities by acting as an individual contributor in the assigned territory.

The Regional Sales Manager works collaboratively with other department leaders to ensure the successful execution of revenue generation strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Leadership_
- Coach and hold the sales team accountable to ensure target attainment.
- Mentor and provides training to the sales team
- Contribute to the Sales playbooks
- Review and audit proposals to ensure the accuracy
- KYC and ensure customer information is recorded properly
- Participate in strategic planning as required by the Manager
- Collaborate with managers in other departments
- Revenue Goal Attainment_
- Optimize sales team performance and revenue forecast by measuring and monitoring key metrics.
- Contribute to go-to-market pricing, promotion, and partner activities based on Market experience and observation.
- Prospect for new business in the assigned territory
- Engage with prospects and convert them into new accounts
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager

**Key Qualifications**
- Minimum three years experience in a sales leadership and partner relationship management role
- Minimum five years experience in a sales role
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing sales professional
- Experience selling or leading a sales team in a software technology or dental company
- Proven experience and ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple stakeholders and areas of expertise
- Post Secondary diploma or degree in a business-related field
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Atlassian is an asset

**Work Environment**
- The Regional Sales Manager is required to work in the GTA
- Regular travel is required
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required
- Working outside of regular business hours may be necessary (evenings and weekends)
