- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and track transportation activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Manage the maintenance and repair of company vehicles
- Evaluate and select transportation vendors and negotiate contracts
- Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among transportation staff
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to transportation team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in using transportation management software and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year:

- Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning and driver assignments
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitor and track transportation performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and fuel consumption
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities
- Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or customer complaints in a timely manner

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in using transportation management software and systems
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
