**Job Overview**
As a Commercial Realtor, you will play a pivotal role in servicing your existing clients and cultivating new ones, whether they are buying, selling, or leasing properties. Your expertise in customer service and negotiation will be essential in ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with valuable insights into the market. Working side by side with other Realtors who may wish to be mentored by an experienced commercial agent.

**Duties**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property analysis, showcase listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets and trends to effectively advise clients.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate transactions.
- Use marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and online platforms.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in the commercial, industrial, and land sectors.
- Minimum yearly sales volume of $20,000,000.00 for last two years
- Strong negotiation skills are essential for successfully closing deals.
- Previous experience in property management can be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills are required for effective interactions.
- Strong organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $200,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
