HR Recruitment Manager and Client Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Take charge of leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, fostering their potential to contribute to the company's growth. This includes providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations while reporting directly to the CEO and Director.
Recruitment Consultant: Utilize your expertise in recruitment to create compelling job postings, identify top talent, conduct interviews, and make strategic hiring decisions that align with the organization's goals.
Client Specialist: Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions, programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

Full-Time Conversion:
Upon successful completion of your temporary online period, you will be eligible for a conditional offer to transition to a full-time onsite role. The offer will be based on your performance and may include benefits such as healthcare, paid vacation leave, salary increase based on performance and commission-based earnings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge on ATS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
