This position is responsible for all aspects of meat counter operation in a retail environment, including inventory management, cutting, trimming, deboning, and packaging meat and seafood products. The Butcher/ Meat Cutter interacts with customers and coworkers to provide efficient and friendly customer service and deliver consistently superior quality meat products. Location is Burlington ON. **Applicants must reside within a driveable distance to the location in Burlington ON>** **Duties** - Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish according to customer orders. - Grind meats and slice cooked meats using power grinders and slicing machines. - Prepare displays of meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish. - Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats, poultry, or fish. - Butchers are expected to do full carcass breakdowns
