**Order Desk / Customer Service Representative**
Location: Mississauga, ON

**About Us**
Launch Auto Service is a growing auto service center committed to providing top-quality automotive care and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Order Desk / Customer Service Representative**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and support.
- Book service appointments and create work orders using **AutoLeap**.
- Order automotive parts and manage inventory in coordination with suppliers.
- Open and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding their service status.
- Support the service team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

**Qualifications**
- **Full G Driver’s License** is required.
- Must live in or near **Mississauga / Etobicoke** for easy commute.
- **Fluent in English** (both verbal and written).
- Background or experience in the **automotive industry** is required.
- Strong **customer service skills** with a professional and friendly approach.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with **AutoLeap** or similar shop management software is an asset (training provided).
- Fresh graduates with automotive knowledge and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
