**Responsibilities**:
- Cut, chop, peel, prepare vegetables, fruits, eggs and meats as required
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Wash and keep ready dishes, serving plates, glassware and silverware
- Clean up kitchen area after and during food prep
- Constantly maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Diligently follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper preparation of food items per standard recipes
- Help head cook in stocking up supplies during operational hours
- Help in closing the kitchen - mop, sweep all areas and clean up for the next day.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and shift heavy boxes (well within permissible lifting limits)
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
**Benefits**:

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
