**Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and estimates for wood-frame and concrete-frame residential and commercial projects.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop accurate budgets.
- Analyze and compare vendor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive bid packages and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, material costs, and construction methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with wood-frame and concrete-frame structures is essential.
- Proficiency in take-off tools; experience with PlanSwift software is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $19.68-$40.95 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Concrete Take off: 1 year (preferred)

- Plan swift: 1 year (preferred)
